1. Booking & Deposits

A) Booking is considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by DOC’S Tours. Golf Tours require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Non-Golfing Tours require a €500 / £500 per person deposit at the time of booking. Final balance is due 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. For bookings made within 90 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. All bank charges and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: More than 90 days before tour: Full refund minus an administration fee of €200/£200 per person. 60–89 days before tour: 50% of the tour cost will be retained. Less than 60 days before the tour: No refund will be given. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason. 4. Tour Inclusions
Tour inclusions are listed in your itinerary and may include accommodations, green fees, transportation, select meals, entertainment, and guiding services. Flights are not included unless expressly stated. DOC’S Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes to Bookings
Requested changes made after confirmation may incur an administration fee and any additional costs passed on by third-party providers. DOC’S Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of safety, weather conditions, or operational requirements.

6. Travel Insurance

7. Responsibility & Liability

DOC’S Tours acts as an agent between clients and independent service providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third parties. DOC’S Tours is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts of God, weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Participants are responsible for any damages caused to accommodations, transport vehicles, or other property during the tour.

8. Health & Fitness

Travelers must be in good health and able to participate in tour activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. DOC’S Tours reserves the right to decline or remove any participant who jeopardizes the safety or experience of the group.

9. Passports, Visas & Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas (if applicable), and required travel documentation. No refund will be given for missed portions of the tour due to inadequate documentation.

10. Promotional Use

DOC’S Tours may take photographs or videos during tours. These may be used for promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests in writing not to be photographed.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and/or The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland and/or The United Kingdom.
